This website and client portal provide information about Quoti Consulting, educational assessments, available services, secure communications and ways to schedule or purchase approved services. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or access another client’s information.

Browsing the website, creating an account, completing a free Business, Nonprofit or Personal Financial Wellness Scan, requesting a discovery call, or reading educational content does not by itself create an accounting, tax, legal, lending, investment, credit-repair or other professional engagement. A paid engagement begins only after the applicable scope, price and terms are presented and accepted.

Quoti assessments, scores, ratios, educational summaries and roadmaps are planning tools based on information the client provides. They are not audits, credit reports, lending decisions, investment recommendations, legal opinions, tax opinions, debt-settlement services or guarantees. Clients are responsible for verifying information and deciding whether to consult an appropriately licensed professional.

Quoti does not promise credit-score increases, remove or dispute accurate credit information, create new credit identities, negotiate or settle consumer debt, select securities, manage investments, or guarantee financing. Personal credit content is educational. When a matter requires a lawyer, CPA, licensed investment professional, lender, credit counselor or another qualified professional, Quoti may recommend that the client seek that assistance.

Quoti may provide business education, bookkeeping and records organization, financial-readiness review, planning, systems, websites, marketing organization and implementation support within the agreed scope. Unless expressly stated in a separate signed agreement and performed by a properly licensed person, Quoti services are not a CPA audit or attestation, legal representation, securities advice, loan approval, tax opinion or regulated credit-repair service.

Prices shown on the website apply only to the described service. Additional work requires a separate scope and price before it begins. Completing a free scan never enrolls a client in a paid program. A client’s card is charged only through an authorized checkout action.

A paid consultation may be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start for a refund or rescheduled without charge. A request made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start may be rescheduled one time, but is not otherwise refundable except when required by law. If Quoti cancels, the client may choose a refund or a new time. After the consultation has begun or been completed, the consultation fee is nonrefundable except when required by law. Any different written term shown before checkout controls only if the client affirmatively accepts it.

Clients agree to provide information they reasonably believe is accurate, protect their login credentials, review recommendations before acting, avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information, and promptly report suspected unauthorized account activity. Quoti is not responsible for decisions made from incomplete, inaccurate or outdated client information.

Clients consent to receive operational emails reasonably connected to account security, requested services, payments, appointments, portal messages, documents, tasks and completed assessments. Optional marketing messages require the applicable consent and may be unsubscribed from without affecting operational service communications.

Quoti’s Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, retained and shared. Quoti may use service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, email, scheduling, payments and other necessary operations. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices.

Quoti does not guarantee credit-score changes, financing, grants, tax outcomes, revenue, savings, business growth, legal outcomes or any other specific result. Examples, scores and recommendations are educational and may not predict future outcomes.

Unless otherwise stated, Quoti branding, original assessments, website content, templates, tools and educational materials are owned by or licensed to Quoti Consulting LLC and may not be commercially copied or redistributed without written permission.

Quoti makes reasonable efforts to keep the website, portal and educational information accurate and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that general information fits every situation. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
